Returns & Refunds Policy

At MountainBlox, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any unused items in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mountainblox.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization if eligible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of return.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If your return is not approved, we may offer to ship the item back to you at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mountainblox.com
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Used terrain pieces or accessories showing signs of modification or damage

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary
  4. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mountainblox.com
