Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our facility in the United States. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—but we're working on it! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch international shipping.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $100 ship free in the U.S.

How long will it take to receive my order?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Contact us at support@mountainblox.com to start a return.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we don’t process direct exchanges. Just return the item for a refund and place a new order.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ve got you covered! If anything arrives broken or defective, contact us with photos and we’ll send a replacement right away.

Products & Compatibility

What scale RC crawlers are MountainBlox compatible with?
MountainBlox is designed for 1/24 and 1/18 scale RC crawlers. These are commonly referred to as “mini crawlers.”

Can I use 1/10 scale crawlers?
Our current products are not sized for 1/10 scale crawlers. But we’re considering a larger-scale product line in the future!

Are the pieces magnetic?
Yes! Blox contain metallic powder so that magnetic markers and accessories easily stick to the terrain.

Are MountainBlox pieces painted or pre-colored?
Our launch kits will include terrain molded in natural colors with optional paint-your-own options coming soon.

Do the pieces lock together?
Yes! Each Blox includes a locking system for fast, stable setups without glue or tools.

Assembly & Use

Do I need any tools to build a course?
Nope. MountainBlox is tool-free and snap-together. You can build a layout in minutes.

Can I expand my course later?
Definitely. MountainBlox is modular by design—add new Blox, Risers, and accessories whenever you're ready to level up.

Do the courses work on carpet or tile?
Yes! Our Blox work great on any flat surface. For best results, use on a stable table or floor with minimal slope.

Community & Content

Can I share my course builds?
Absolutely! Tag us @mountainblox or use #mountainblox to be featured. We're building a community gallery for shared builds and course inspiration.

Do you have an app or digital layout tool?
We're working on an AR app where you can build virtual courses, share layouts, and even shop directly from your build.

Do you offer competitions or events?
Yes! Follow us on social media for info about virtual build contests, local meetups, and exclusive giveaways.

Can I buy MountainBlox in a hobby shop?
We’re starting with online direct-to-consumer sales, but some hobby shops will carry demo kits. Let your local shop know you're interested!

Do you offer gift cards?
Coming soon! Great for birthdays, holidays, or the crawler who has everything.
