I’ve been a designer and builder my entire life. From tearing apart RC cars as a kid to designing products for Fortune 500 companies, I’ve always been drawn to the challenge of making things better—stronger, smarter, more fun. With MountainBlox, all of those passions finally collide.

MountainBlox was born out of frustration and opportunity. If you’ve ever searched YouTube for “how to build an indoor RC crawler course,” you’ve seen it: people carving foam, painting cardboard, or building terrain from scratch—not because they enjoy it, but because there’s no better option. I knew there had to be a smarter solution.

So I built one.

MountainBlox is a fully modular, portable crawling system for 1/18 and 1/24 scale RC crawlers. Every Blox connects seamlessly. Every Riser stacks cleanly. Every piece is crafted to simulate realistic terrain without sacrificing convenience. It’s a true plug-and-play system that brings RC crawling indoors—with zero mess and infinite customization.

Designed for the Crawl + the Creative

Each Blox comes molded in our signature Trailstone base color - an earthy, neutral gray that disappears beneath your crawler but pops under scenery. Leave it raw, or bring it to life with ground cover, signage, paint, moss, and miniature trees. This is your canvas. Build a mountain, decorate it, crawl it, and share it.

Meet Squatch – Our Spirit Guide

Every great brand needs a mascot. Ours is Squatch, a symbol of freedom, strength, and wild places. Aquatch is rugged, curious, and a little mischievous. He shows up wherever people are building epic MountainBlox courses. Sometimes he’s on the ridge, sometimes in the shadows—but he’s always part of the adventure.

And in a way, he represents what MountainBlox is all about: finding joy in the unknown, building something from nothing, and connecting with others who love the wild.
